Overview
For a distributor giveaway offering a chance to win a trip to SeaWorld, I created a playful animated social video for Facebook and Instagram in both post and story formats. Before animating, I developed a storyboard to map out the sequence, timing, and energy of the piece, ensuring a smooth flow that would capture attention quickly. Using sourced SeaWorld-themed graphics and custom motion design in After Effects, the final video brought a fun, engaging tone to Xyngular’s promotion.
Problem
Although the giveaway was exciting, static graphics weren’t generating enough enthusiasm or visibility on social platforms. Xyngular needed a dynamic asset that could clearly communicate the prize, elevate the campaign’s energy, and motivate distributors to participate, especially across fast-paced formats like stories.
Solution
Using the storyboard as the foundation, I animated a lively SeaWorld-themed video that highlighted the giveaway details through clear pacing, playful motion, and bright visuals. I sourced and customized all graphic elements, then animated them in After Effects to create a polished, attention-grabbing asset tailored for both feed and story formats. The final video boosted engagement, added excitement to the campaign, and provided a more compelling promotional tool for social media.
