Overview
As part of Fishbowl Inventory’s rebrand, I created a series of Zoom backgrounds to give employees and client-facing teams polished, on-brand visuals for virtual meetings. The set included minimal corporate options, stylized creative designs, Utah-inspired backgrounds, and a playful cat series requested by the creative director. These assets were created using both Procreate and Adobe Illustrator, blending hand-drawn elements with clean vector design.
Problem
During the rebrand, Fishbowl lacked consistent virtual meeting assets that reflected the updated identity. Employees were using unbranded or inconsistent backgrounds, which weakened the overall professionalism of client calls. The company needed a versatile set of backgrounds that balanced brand consistency with personality and creativity.
Solution
I designed a diverse library of Zoom backgrounds using the new color palette, updated logo system, and a range of visual styles. Minimalist options supported polished client interactions, while hand-drawn Procreate illustrations and friendly cat designs added charm and variety. The final collection gave the company cohesive, on-brand virtual presence and quickly became a favorite among teams.
