Overview
For Xyngular’s X-Together distributor event, I designed two sets of printed drop cards used to recognize and appreciate attendees. The first set included cards for distributors who won awards, with separate versions for those who attended and those who were unable to participate. The second set recognized standout distributors who received a cash prize but were asked not to post publicly about it. Each card communicated appreciation, excitement for future growth, and included clear guidance for social media sharing where appropriate.
Problem
Xyngular needed event materials that could deliver personalized recognition while also guiding distributors on when and how to engage on social media. Existing communication lacked consistency, and the event required printed assets that were both celebratory and clear about posting expectations, especially for cash prize recipients who could not share their award publicly.
Solution
I created a cohesive set of branded drop cards with distinct messaging for each recognition scenario, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and emotional impact. Using Xyngular’s color palette, typography, and event branding, I designed cards that felt celebratory while clearly outlining next steps, whether prompting distributors to post their achievements using the event hashtag or reminding cash-prize winners to keep their recognition private. The final cards strengthened event communication and enhanced the overall experience for attendees.
