Overview
To support Vivint Solar’s sales outreach, I created a series of branded door hangers that allowed representatives to leave clear, structured communication at customer homes. These pieces served as missed-appointment reminders and referral notices, providing essential information in a concise, approachable format. Each hanger combined strong branding with easy-to-read layouts to help customers quickly understand the purpose of the visit and the next steps.
Problem
Sales teams needed a reliable, professional way to communicate with customers who weren’t home during scheduled visits or who had been referred by a neighbor. Existing materials lacked the clarity and structure required to guide customers toward rescheduling, learning more about solar options, or connecting with a representative. Without effective leave-behind assets, potential leads were being lost.
Solution
I designed two purpose-driven door hangers (one for missed appointments and one for referrals) using clear visual hierarchy, approachable messaging, and consistent Vivint Solar branding. The front side captured attention with bold visuals, while the back side delivered actionable information in a simple, easy-to-follow format. These materials helped sales reps maintain professionalism, strengthen communication, and convert more doorstep interactions into scheduled consultations.
